I had to use AHS 4 times in 24 months on my last home. The response was very good with three of the service companies. The 4th was ok but was awful returning phone calls. I would still recommend this company as they followed the contract agreed on. I have just agreed to a new contract on our new home just going out of warranty.

The front door is a excellent, app 👍 the guy John is a master electrician so any body doing a electrician job if you get stuck or have issues this app is the answer, download it and it is a live video you get to talk to someone live and they will walk you through with what ever issues you have on a job. I moved into this home in 1998- and American Home Shield came with the house, as long as I continued the monthly fee, which I have maintained. In the course of that time, AHS has replaced a central air conditioner, large water heater, a toilet, a thermocouple on one furnace and unstopped a blockage in my central air conditioner condensation line. I have only had a problem with one service provider. I reported that to AHS. Service work comes with a 90 day guarantee, and you have a choice of plans when signing up for the service. I call AHS when there is a problem and they send a provider quickly. I like it. You know ahead of time what the fee will be for the service, and don’t have to find a provider yourself. It simplifies everything.

Great service. Fixed my garage door and is still working smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Having previous attention to my water heater by Rite Way and with no positive results, only suggested added expense, I was so pleased AHS took care of problem quickly and notified the warranty for me as I am impaired.
